Thanks Nelaf.  I'm in the middle of exams right now, so I haven't been able to post much on the blog.  But I hope to replay this build next week, and try to come up with at least one new Shout combo.  I'll also add an image for the perk spread.  Don't know why it doesn't already have one. o_o

That Wind Dance special move is crying out to be the basis of a Bladesinger build

My mistake of not liking it yet - corrected  Love the presentation, not sure what you've changed but it's nice. The section names do stand out and the font is easy to read and aesthetically pleasing at the same time. The only thing that I think is excessive is the light blue outline on the gear icons. It will be better without it, or if it were done like the perk spread link. The same notes on presentation go for Monatlion

Thanks for the feedback Vaz, much appreciated!  Yeah, I feel the same way about the blue outline on the armor image, that's a relic of the previous presentation.  I'll make a new one ASAP.  Probably just toss the Nord Hero Greatsword on that image as well, and remove it from "The Build" section.  I'll also try to put together a proper perk spread image this week.

@Phil » It's a seriously badass move.  Another fun one is Become Ethereal + Elemental Fury.  That's the combo in the second image.  Your body stops looking ethereal, but your blade retains the white spectral form and takes on the wind aspect as well — really awesome looking.  I don't remember if the ethereal form remains active or not; it's been ages since I last played this guy.  Just curious, when you say Bladesinger, are you referring to the D&D class?  Or the Yokudan Sword-Singers of Elder Scrolls lore?  (Or something else entirely?)

I was talking about the D&D class because your description made me think of it.

To actually add something slightly more meaningful to this discussion and hopefully bring you over 100 likes, I really like the armour combo you've used.

Your heavy armour levelling tip should be added to Twisted's Skill Levelling Guide.

Also, couldn't agree more about presentation. Superb quality!

Do you suggest any followers? Great build by the way, +1 from me

    Thank you.

I played this without any followers, but that was before Dragonborn came out. (At the time, there was no way to ensure followers wouldn't take incidental damage from heavy hitting shouts like Storm Call.) Now, you can use Companion's Insight from the black book The Winds of Change to make sure your folloewr takes no damage from your shouts. With that in mind, really any follower would work. I recommend someone aggressive and maybe a bit tanky though. Frea, Erik the Slayer, Serana, Mjoll, Farkas, Vilkas, or any of the Dawnguard followers would all work well I think.

Did you cure your Lycanthropy in this build?

I think that I kept it for the benefit of 100% disease resistance, but never actually used beast form: It would have de-equipped the buffed Amulet of Talos, meaning you'd have to drink another potion of Fortify Restoration before re-equipping the amulet after every transformation.
