Great Build Mason! One question though: Does the ultimate atronach allow you to only cast novice spells infinately or would it work with lightning storm? I watched your videos and they are great but I am still a little bit confused  Thank you for your time!

It works with all concentration spells, including Lightning Storm, Greater Ward, Wall of Flames, etc.

How viable this build is on legendary?

    That's for you to discern.

In the endgame, you'll have 100% spell absorption and 80% passive physical damage resistance, tons of damage output with both spells and greatswords buffed by alchemy and shouts, and effectively bottomless Magicka.

Personally, I think Legendary difficulty is just silly -- making enemies do more damage and the player do less just makes battles take longer; it's not about player skill so much as organization, patience, and micromanagement.

But if you want a build to play on that setting, this build should do just fine.

Dual wield would be a blast if it wasn't so dang awful to hotkey the off-hand.  GAH!

Hey Mason, are the videos done on the console or PC? If done on the PC are you using unofficial patches or the like? Is marked for death still killing the armor in seconds? And lastly what difficulty did you play and recommend playing? Sorry for the bundle of questions, but they have been burning me for a while :)

Hi Draconoxis, Billy Mays here to say Mason's been gone for quite a while.  Since he can't answer your questions right now, I'll go ahead and address them.  He recorded his game-play with a capture device for his console.  So any questions you have regarding Unofficial Patches, another person would have to answer them.  I'm fairly confident he played on Master; it's up to you what difficulty you want to play the game on.
