"With actual cooperation" We failed at that horribly the first time. We all have similar ideas we just go about them completely different ways and it makes it difficult.

So did I but I bet they make a ton of money off of it. That's probably how they fund the School of Julianos lol! And I suppose it would also be a good way to keep an eye on Daedric cultists as well as provide a safer way to summon Daedric Princes.

It can be easy to miss. It is one of my favorite summons too. Definitely to pick it up! You can find it in most Black Books but I only listed one because it was quest related.
