Hey now, the Gauldur Amulet may not have the most exciting enchantment in the world, but a 90 stat boost is nothing to sneeze at.

I've had it happen to me on accident before on builds that run the Gauldur Amulet, but the glitch seems to lack any sort of consistency. It'll work with some amulets but not others, and I'm not sure what it is that determines that.

How did you get your boots then? Im trying this build here and in a minute I just want to know everything there is to know before starting. 

Also I am trying out a sorcerer build kinda like your's but with daedric armor and no alteration. 
So now that I know that I can get Daedric without the perk makes me feel way better. I am gonna do the Kingslayer while doing this build..hopefully I dont get tired of Daedric Armor :D
Even if I do I would most likely switch to Ebony armor or the other armor from the DLC...I havent used it yet but once on my paladin..But this isnt your last build is it?

He gets his boots by using the enchanted recipe which does work.

I can confirm that it does not work with savos arens amulet. Got both yesterday, didn't work. Booo

The good news is that the G.A. is listed fairly late in the inventory (it's title includes the "The" in The Gauldur Amulet), so you've got a lot of alphabet to work with :) The bad news is that I would REALLY like to combine it with the Talos Amulet. I'll have to dig a bit and see just what does work, because I am liking the 2 for 1 concept immensely.

I saw that as well. I'm currently working on a non-vamp build, so if I find some time to mess around I'll see what happens :)
