  I never was able to get that to work on my PC, but it's entirely possible that it was due to user error on my part (seems like just about everything I do is xD).

  I might be crazy, but I think this could be a typo: "and +50% net Magicka Regeneration" but I'm pretty sure it should be 150% total regen, 100% base, -50% from the Atronach and +100% from the Apprentice. Unless you meant 50% ontop of the base 100%. 
  Really cool build, especially the infinite stamina! I have no idea how you figured that one out lol.

  Three Aetherial items: I tried before via duplication glitch, but without success, for now.

  Elemental unarmed attacks: don't know.

  Werewolf with staves: It's absolutely possible! I use the staff of magnus in the off-hand to land dragons.

  That sentence was referring exlcusively the the net effect of the two stones, and no other factors. +100% from the Apprentice, -50% from the Atronach --> +50% net. Your total regen will indeed factor in the 100% base regen, as well as the +75% from the Dunmer Outfit. You also have access to Highborn if you ever need it — I think I maybe used it once in my entire latest playthrough.

  Just wondering Tec... Do you know how Sapiarch pronounced? I've been saying it as Sape-ee-arch, but now I'm not so sure (Sap-ee-arch? Sap-ee-arc?).
