    Cause she is a werewolf nothing to do with the build, I just happened to have lycantrophy at that time and decided to add a tail to go along.

    And wow so close to Legendary! Three more!

    I bought it at NPCs, you don't need smithing to make it, it's fairly common past level 36ish, unlike Daedric and Dragonbone which never seem to show up...
