Ponty, I wanted to give you accolades on this build.  I am currently level 9, but I can see how this is going to be on my personal top 10 list of playthroughs.  I have focused all perks into just 1handed and sneak, and I have the blades sword.  I am wreaking havoc from the shadows and in open combat.  I can't wait to get the great critical charge special move.

    Great work!

One question...would some basic flesh spells in alteration be worth the investment for the late game open combat?

i used a bit of pickpocket because i wantedn something to spend my points in. the 40% pickpocket boost is great for that. also linwes hood is useless on this guy.

perhaps investing into mage resist might be worth it but i ,personaly, wouldent use flesh because you will be very mobile, defended and powerful late game so whats really the point. perhaps a detection, waterbreathing or telekinesis spell could be worth it tjough you will need to make a higher investment in magicka.

I just watched the video as I am getting ready to start this person soon and WOW. I have never used illusion spells so this should be fun. A true assassin is how this person seems to play out. I can't wait. What an awesome build.

Thanks for the insight.  I am only level 14 with him and I am amazed at the ability of this build sans flesh spells.

This has to be the ultimate stealth build on here. Once again simplicity trumps all else and allows for an unparalleled focus on the keys to a stealth combat build: the stealth and the combat. Who would have thought? ;)

Cryptstalker, Morag tong, shadowscale... I wouldn't say ultimate... Good? Yes.

Since you name-dropped the collabo build Emer and I did together I guess I'll have to agree with you! :P This one's up there though! Very focused and I love that. And those special moves kick ass and fit perfectly. Oh and speaking of, Mason and co., I noticed my name missing from the Shadowscale on the 80+ page. :( Mason plz!

LOL. Yeah, Emer's been taking all the creditz.

Oh yeah! You helped with the shadowscale... Emer constantly says "my shadowscale" not "our shadowscale" so I forgot you worked on it :P
