Cheers DB! Yeah, I had to out some serious dampers on him to stop the OP. Like very little armour and Legendary, but it worked out fine in the end.

Cheers Anderson! Nice to see you back around here. You going to be building anymore? Feel free to pick up Windshear, though won't it interfere with. Elemental Fury since it's enchanted? And you won't be able to get Nazir's Redguard Clothes, but you can still get the normal Hammerfell Garb.

    Glad to see you again!!!

Yes, I planning to release a new build in the next 2 months, but for now I'm a little busy.

The Windshear or any other enchanted 1H weapon doesn't interfere with Elemental Fury, if you wield an unenchanted weapon or Valdr's Lucky Dagger in your off hand.

The stagger effect of Windshear is useful in defeating almost any enemy, as repeated strikes completely inhibits them from attacking or retreating. IMO fits perfectly the Redguard theme, plus its weight is 10 against the nordic sword that is 12 and the same base damage, so you know what that means, MORE speed!

The same thing works with Valdr's Lucky Dagger(weight 2.5, dmg 5), but has lower base damage than a Nordic Dagger(weight 3.5, dmg 8) and its inherent properties grants a 25% chance of a critical hit with each strike.

Your 'Cyclone strykes' will be simply... death.

Is a good thing that you don't use backstab and\or assassin blade, you don't need them.

This build is really awesome! I'll probably be playing it soon, but I had a few questions first. Like this: "when we hit for a quarter of what the weapon says" what exactly are you talking about here? Maybe its a Vampire debuff, I dunno. Also, are there fire traps in Raldbathr that you stand in for the Restoration leveling?

I remember Teccam used a similar combination in his Stormchaser, which was focused on stagger. I believe that particular combo would be too OP here, since staggers aren't a problem when you've got a load of Stamina and enough time to power attack a lot in a couple of seconds. Great ideas though! I'll try them out on a later playthrough, since I destroyed the Dark Brotherhood with this character.

Cheers Tim! What I meant by "hit for a quarter of what the weapon says" I meant Legendary difficulty's modifier. Enemies do something like 3 times damage and you do 0.25, I'm not sure of the opposing numbers I just know they hit hard as hell. And yeah, there's a flamethrower thing right near the entrance (after one sleeping enemy) that alternates between shooting one or two flames. That's where I rubber banded my controllers. It's obvious where it is once you get inside. If you do play it, let me know how it goes!

Honestly I would stay away from that combo ... I recently revisited it and it wasn't working the way I remember from playing the Stormchaser. Not sure whether something got changed in a patch, or if my testing/writeup were just flawed, but the dagger's crits don't actually stun as far as I can tell. I've been thinking about revising the build to clarify this and avoid misleading people, but I think it may be too late at this point.... I reckon about 98% of people who will ever read it already have done so.

As Anderson pointed out, putting Valdr in the left hand with Windshear in the right still works well, especially with Elemental Fury + dual power attacks -- that's probably how I'm gonna have to tweak the Stormchaser without totally rewriting the thing. But yeah, for your purposes, I agree with you: It's not necessary, and it could lead to unneeded messiness/complications.

Oh ok thanks, I know what trap you're talking about. I'll definitely let you know how it goes!
