Glad to see you again!!!
Yes, I planning to release a new build in the next 2 months, but for now I'm a little busy.
The Windshear or any other enchanted 1H weapon doesn't interfere with Elemental Fury, if you wield an unenchanted weapon or Valdr's Lucky Dagger in your off hand.
The stagger effect of Windshear is useful in defeating almost any enemy, as repeated strikes completely inhibits them from attacking or retreating. IMO fits perfectly the Redguard theme, plus its weight is 10 against the nordic sword that is 12 and the same base damage, so you know what that means, MORE speed!
The same thing works with Valdr's Lucky Dagger(weight 2.5, dmg 5), but has lower base damage than a Nordic Dagger(weight 3.5, dmg 8) and its inherent properties grants a 25% chance of a critical hit with each strike.
Your 'Cyclone strykes' will be simply... death.
Is a good thing that you don't use backstab and\or assassin blade, you don't need them.

This build is really awesome! I'll probably be playing it soon, but I had a few questions first. Like this: "when we hit for a quarter of what the weapon says" what exactly are you talking about here? Maybe its a Vampire debuff, I dunno. Also, are there fire traps in Raldbathr that you stand in for the Restoration leveling?

Honestly I would stay away from that combo ... I recently revisited it and it wasn't working the way I remember from playing the Stormchaser. Not sure whether something got changed in a patch, or if my testing/writeup were just flawed, but the dagger's crits don't actually stun as far as I can tell. I've been thinking about revising the build to clarify this and avoid misleading people, but I think it may be too late at this point.... I reckon about 98% of people who will ever read it already have done so.
As Anderson pointed out, putting Valdr in the left hand with Windshear in the right still works well, especially with Elemental Fury + dual power attacks -- that's probably how I'm gonna have to tweak the Stormchaser without totally rewriting the thing. But yeah, for your purposes, I agree with you: It's not necessary, and it could lead to unneeded messiness/complications.
