Well dodging presumably will only get me so far level-wise, or severely limit my quests. I do imagine light armor being perked eventually, but its just sneak, 2-handed and block right now. If you can deal with leaving a blade in the dark incomplete, dragons only spawn at word walls, eliminating random dragon attacks outside a mile or so of outdoor wordwalls, allowing thu'um collection at will when prepared. As MfDing these wordwall dragons makes their respawns keep the negative AR, they are only a problem once. After gaining sufficient power you could complete blade in the dark to start spawning them or just continue the M.Q.... I am finding this rather useful for rangeless characters I still want to Shout with.

As all of you know (I don't think ), the shrouded hood, even not being a light armor and not having an AR, activates the Custom Fit perk!!!!!!

Level 11 is the best to find a Muffle enchantment via trading. All my characters have it. You need a few of patience.

Just save at the merchant, then check his inventory. If he doesn't have it, hit them. If they become hostile, reload, their inventory has reset

That Weakness to Magic really does work for this build! Also, I've been meaning to test that Sweep/Concentrated Poison/Weakness to Magic combo with Wuuthrad for an Elf Hatred build lol. I was also inspired by James's post to try that combo but you've definitely done great things with it. I honestly don't see the need for a ranged weapon if the player is tactical enough. Glad I could light a fire under your arse and get this one knocked out. Sad to hear it's your last solo build. I presume you'll be building for ESO? Anyway, great job with the Emissary. You've done Mephala very well...if only it had been a Dark Elf ;)

That is really disappointing bro :p Have you lost interest and moving on? Cuz I've probably got like four more builds I'd like to post and will probably think of ten more to try before then :)
