Like it I was working on a Illusion Rogue/ thief character. it's gonna be fun when i get it to where people are running around naked...fighting each other.

Love this build, but I noticed you didn't add any Shouts to it.    Was this simply an oversight, or were you making the build to not incorporate Shouts?

Just use the standard stealth shouts... Aura whisper, throw voice, etc.

When I played the build, I didn't start the main quest so never had access to shouts when I tested it. If you want to use them in your playthrough, go with what Bryn said, but I don't think you'll really need them. If you like the build, remember to hit the like button.

But didn't you have to at least do up to the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller to open up the Dragonborn DLC?  You mentioned using the Blackguard gear.    I'm not really bothered either way, I just noticed your other builds made a point to mention them, and I noticed this one didn't have it listed.   I'm playing a similar build, I rebuilt Garrett from Thief using this build as a template.  I'm going zero magic style with him, and enjoying the Water Arrow mod    SOOOO much fun doing nothing but sneak, archery, lockpick, pickpocket, speech and alchemy.

Keep up the good work on these builds man, I've enjoyed all the ones I've seen you make so far.

You can go to Solstheim anytime you want. The Way of the Voice quest is only a requirement for random cultist attack encounter. You can even start the Dragonborn main quest without seeing cultists.

    Awesome build man! +1

Really?  Huh, didn't know that.  I guess you just wander up to the ship and talk to the captain?    I assumed you had to trigger the plot event with the cultists to justify it in-character, and to activate the DLC.

You can learn the first word of Bend Will at the dragon lair on Solstheim than use it on the Wind Stone and talk to a guy in Skaal village. That way you'll start the main questline from the quest The Temple of Miraak

Cool   Wasn't aware of that.  Based on what the wiki said, I thought I would have to get up to Horn of Jurgen Windcaller before it would "unlock" the Dragonborn content.  Which annoyed me somewhat because I wanted to play my Garrett clone without having to deal with dragon attacks and Shouts    Good to know I can just talk to the captain and sail over there.  Thanks!
