Wait, let me get this strait, vampire archers draw their bow 162.5% faster?! Is there something I'm missing, are vampiric archers really that powerful? I only noticed that bit just now

Draw speeds vary between bows but for this instance we'll say archers have a draw speed of 1.0. Quick Shot adds 30% to that with a 1.3x multiplier. If you're a Vampire with Necromage at the time, Quick Shot has a 25% greater magnitude. 1.3 x 1.25 = 1.625

Meaning, an archer with Quick Shot fires 30% faster. A Necromage Vampire with Quick Shot fires 62.5% faster. Not bad at all, huh?

not bad at all, combine that with with power shot that has a 62.5% chance to stagger. Now use 3/3 slow time and you will be firing super fast in real time with the enemy is constantly staggered. And if you still wanna use steady hand then my trick for unlimited steady hand will render it useful again.

Steady Hand is definitely not useless, it just needs to be taken before Necromage/Vampirism kicks in.

Character builds: The Vraseth Race: Dunmer vampire Major skills: Archery, light armour, smithing Minor skills: Restoration, alchemy or enchanting Well it's a concept, the Vraseth are an incredibly agile bloodline of vampires, I heard Matt feeny and Tim Faroe are planning of making a Vraseth, maybe I will beet them to it :D

We stopped awhile ago...also I doubt a Dunmer would ever contract the Vraseth vampire virus.

Well I haven't done my ful research with vix, so I'm not sure about the virus and the clan itself. It's ashame you guys stopped, I'm pretty sure you could make a better Vraseth than me D:

I'm sure you would (will?) do fine. The lore for them isn't too complicated. They live in the Iliac Bay (near Hammerfell and High Rock), closer to High Rock but a Redguard would probably be better gameplay wise. And they're incredibly agile. That's about it. My suggestion would be to try that little Steady Hand+Absorb Stamina bow thing I mentioned in my first comment. Maybe increase the enchantment with Augmented Frost perks and one Frost damage enchantment (this would also slow enemies down).

I think you guys just made an Archer build in the comments of an Archery discussion! Good deal. Not sure if it helps but Necromage/Vamps get a 25% increase to enchanted gear.
