I use Google Chrome and everything fits fine. How many dashes do you suggest?

Ow! Dashes, I thought you meant spaces for new paragraphs (they're also 7).

How does it look now? I've added centering too.

The only thing I can think of to add is using artwork to break up large blocks of text. Perhaps throw one in after every major section of the build. New builders tend to sandwich a massive block of text between two pictures, one in the beginning and one at the end. Readers tend to lose interest when theyre forced to read a massive text wall. 

I wrote in the introduction about inserting screenshots to break the text. I'll put some later. Thanks!

Well, I wrote about the Fus Ro Smash move not being a valid ability . And I did say that section is optional. Hmm, maybe I'll put in an example or something to convince everyone what special ability means. If not I'll remove the special part I guess. Anyway, I'm off to recording the next heist video!  I'll sort this thing later.

I suppose special tactics or combos would be the more fitting term to use. 

Examples from various builds might be the best way to explain it. I'd advise against removing the section entirely.

New builders will almost always try to include "special moves" in their builds. Might as well point them in the right direction before someone tries to pass off running frantic circles around an enemy while mashing basic attacks as a special move.
