I rarely ever find it. That is why I just go with boots that pre-enchanted with it like the Shrouded Boots

This has got to be your most impressive build ever. Its amazing how one can combine many seldom used and overlooked "scraps" into a very powerful build. Im sorry I don't have any ciritcism to offer. I think Ben C hit up what little was wrong with the build. 

Now that I squint a little harder, it does say that.

I'm working on almost this exact character! My only real alteration is I'm playing an Altmer. As much as I love Redguards, Altmer have a reach advantage and the highest movement speed. In greatsword terms, I can swing an iron greatsword and hit a sword&board Orc (2nd tallest race IIRC) bandit chief, while they can't reach with mace, hand-axe, OR shield bash. If they have a sword or any two-hander, simply stepping backwards then forward lets you dodge and counter very easily. So easily I'm running about 20 AR. With the ebony blade being shorter than any greatsword, the Altmer will probably be my go-to Ebony Blade playthru's from now on due to that kiting advantage. Wonderful synergy indeed (aside from not being an Altmer ;P ). I love the Black Lotus poison, and I'll probably just use your proposed concoctions instead of pure slow or paralysis. I have quickly fallen for alchemy of late but I am pretty inexperienced.Honestly you've done all the leg-work to provide the exact template I was needing to give my playthru some guidance and experienced reference. For that, my gratitude along with the +1. We don't have alot of pure sneaky two-handers, if any as "pure" as this one, on the blog. Live by the Greatsword!

At first I had a very similar style of just dodging everything, but I liked the thrill of actually getting in and toughing it out which is why I perked Light Armor and Block so heavily. But in either case it is such a rewarding playstyle that I struggled for months trying to create.
