Your best bet is to use a mythic/legendary build as a template. Don't copy the text (obviously) but you can make use of the different presentation formats that people have done well with in the past and hopefully stay out of the bloodworks...

True. I like the Point Laid Out so people would get the scope of Presentation...
First,- I would go to this site after picking my Race and noting all the attributes complimenting a build and play style:
http://chrizel.github.io/skyrim/#t/2/8c5x2o,8vn0xy,m798xs,e0o,0,-ssycjk,4wn74,za60w
Then I would play the build and try to see if there is any adjustments in the perks that may need refining.
After a little trial and error,- then Defining the End Build,- I would then* try presentation and collaboration.
O ya,- ty for the Upload Link :)

Ya man,- that's what I've been doing. I don't consider it a cheat if it's available in-game. Ultimately to tell you the truth,- no matter how much it seems you can buy anything in the game,- you still have to fight all the bosses and may lose one or two followers and so on.
That is if* you don't get to crazy and play PC using the console cheat commands. That's why I play on PS3 or Xbox. I like* the restriction.
But glitches are glitches,- I'd get taken-back at you for NOT* taking advantage of it.

That's where the fun comes in:
You are fighting a boss and you are almost down to the last bit of life and are about to die,- the potions are looking bare and you ate all the food,- time to wonder if you shoulda invested in the Recovery, Regeneration, and Respite Perks indeed*** :P

"As for equipment, you need to include a brief list of what equipment the player should use - or at least be aiming for"
I see builds on here that say something like Equipment - Ancient Falmer Armor or Dragonplate Armor; but alot of those builds don't recommend any equipment up to that point. There are plenty of exceptions, but it's really irksome when the build designer expects you to play 20 hours just to get into the builds shoes.
Maybe add something in for that?
Also, for the Special Moves section, I have to disagree. I would like to see more builds with "special moves" that you can do from level 1. Maybe it's a particular strategy that works well at low levels, even if it isn't something unique to the build.
I just dislike special moves that include endgame perks because it takes so long to actually try out. Not that those shouldn't exist in Special Moves, I would just like to see them complimented with some lower level examples.
