    I'm trying slow time with the stability shout, but it doesn't lengthen, does anyone know what's going wrong?

    Also, you really should remove (level one) from your tactics, as level 3 is much more powerful (slower).

    Have you timed it to make sure...

    I can personally confirm it works on ps3 and xbox.

    The active effects says the normal times and it didn't seem any longer.

    Active effects aren't always reliable when a build is using an exploit.

    Lol, well unless you've timed it and come back to us with some numbers we can't know for sure can we...

    Level 1 should go from 8 ----> 12 seconds after stability is selected.

    I guess he uses level 1 because before it runs out you can use it again so you don't have to wait for recharge time.
