Many people think tanking is a little too OP, but there is actually a thinking process on your battle strategies. Not just rushing through hacking and slashing. Enough rambling though. I really like this build. +1

If you dont mind me asking, im working on another character build and I was wondering how you get the borders around the pictures

Basically the stability perk in alteration boost the duration of alteration spells by 50%. It also boost the duration of slow time as well. 

Thanks . This guy is a lot of fun around level 10 (that is when I got absorb health) because enemies are still pretty weak and you can play really recklessly.

I just did it in paint.net, i do all my image stuff in it (it is free too!).

I really like this build Zach, stylistically it is my favourite of your three and I can really see the almost bohemian style you bring to your builds, that Victorian post medi-evil British era but well blended with Elder Scrolls fantasy.

Nordic Bow with steel plate armor = great choice indeed. A nice blend of old and new.
