Once you have 100 Alchemy and Enchanting, and all the relevant perks, pick up 10 Grand Soul Gems and two Penitus Oculatus armor sets (+ two rings, circlets, and necklaces), as well as an Enchanter's Elixir, and the ingredients to make a custom Fortify Enchanting Potion.  Then do the following:

    1. Drink the Elixir

    2. Apply Fortify Alchemy enchantment to one set of bracers, one helm, one circlet, one ring, and one necklace (do it quickly, before the Elixir wears off).  They should all be 28%.

    3. Equip this enchanted set, and prepare a potion of Fortify Enchanting.  (It should be 37%)

    4. Drink this potion, and equip the second set of bracers, the second helm, circlet, ring, and necklace (again, do it quickly).  They should all be 29%.  Yo can discard the first (28%) set now if you want.

    5. Any time you need to make a potion of Fortify Restoration, be sure you're wearing this second (29%) set.  Your potions should be 147% Fortify Restoration.

    6. Drink a potion immediately before activating a Talos Shrine and [re]-equipping your Talos Amulet.  You will now have 98%+ Fortify Shouts.  Again, to confirm, look at any Shout in your Shouts menu.  The recharge time for Unrelenting Force should say 0,0,1.  Basically everything should be no more than a couple of seconds.  Don't worry about the Blessing's active effect showing up as 0; that is just a bug in the display, but the effect is still applied.

Well, when you transform to Beast Form, all of your worn gear (including the Amulet of Talos) is unequipped.  That means you lose half of your Fortify Shouts buff.  When you revert to Human Form, you need to drink another potion of Fortify Restoration before equipping the amulet.  So being a werewolf will require you to have a larger stock of Fortify Restoration potions. Personally I'd already explored lycanthropy pretty extensively, so I opted not to become a werewolf.  I found the normal shouting combat was more than fun and varied enough to keep me entertained.  That said, if you don't mind carrying a few extra potions of Fortify Restoration, there's not reason that becoming a werewolf would harm the build.  If you haven't played much as a werwolf, go for it!

I have no idea why this is the first time I've seen this build, but it looks amazing (on several different levels)

    +1 from me

Perhaps an addition, both lore and skill-wise - working with the blade's to receive the dragon-slayer's blessing could be useful.  I doubt dragonbane can be disenchanted, but if it could be that would be pretty incredible...

You can cure yourself, at the end or just don't transform.

Also, what enchantements did you put on the sword?

I kept it unenchanted actually; Elemental Fury was my default Shout.  It makes short work of most enemies, and supplemented with Ice Form and/or Unrelenting Force, you can avoid taking damage from stronger enemies.  If you opt to enchant your sword, Absorb Health is definitely a good choice.  Another weapon I've thought of, but never experimented with, would be Paralyze + Absorb Stamina.  Just power attack ad nauseum; your stamina will refill automatically, and between the chance to paralyze and the chance to stagger, your enemy will be rendered immobile, indefinitely.  Even better if you pick up the "Fus" word of power from Paathurnax.  Alternatively, you can't go wrong with a simple dual elemental damage enchantment.  But personally, I found the unenchanted sword was most enjoyable, and it kept me relying purely on Shouts, which is the whole purpose of this build.  Still, if you want to enchant your sword, hopefully the above suggestions will be helpful.

Or, if you're interested, I'm currently beginning an adapted playthrough of this character, where I will incorporate Destruction, and use Light Armor instead of Heavy (Eleven Light Armor, Eleven Boots/Gauntlets, and Diadem of the Savant, and using Silver Greatswords).  I don't plan on submitting this character to the blog, since it's basically just a combination of this build and Mason's Arcane Archer.  If you want to try something like that, and you end up investing in Destruction, definitely look to the Arcane Archer for some enchantment ideas.

And, just for the record, Dragonbane cannot be disenchanted. Bummer, I know. :(

Yeah, I guess what I should've said is that I opted not to use Beast Form.  I think I kept the lycanthropy, just for the disease resist, but I never used it.
