The Potent Blizzard Glitch

I put those tags because Blizzard's dependencies on Magic resistances are a glitch. But I'm also showing people how to exploit this with negative effect potions and the Apprentice Stone.

Hehe, this is going to be my best and last build. I might as well go out with a BANG!

I'll keep the Balance in the Character Building Group! XD

I guess you could do that seems fitting with you being Host.

That is correct, but all ice spells have a chance to proc. Ice Hazard on all targets. Ice Hazard is an active effect that enables the caster to take the full damage of Blizzard.

Hey Noodles just an idea I had, do you think there would be anyway to prolong the effects of Blizzard, you know lengthen the duration from 10 seconds, might be something to keep in mind and if there was that would be pretty amazing.

    Maybe Stability?

I'll run a few tests, I'm striving to get one even more powerful then yours now (possibly without the Resto Loop) even though I'm not trying to make it powerful for my build, I'll post my results here when I come across them.
