Woohoo. 

Wow, this sounds like an amazing build! I have never played an Orc before but this build makes me play that race as the armor and skill choices are appealing and not at all like your average brute Orc. 

However there are some things I would like to see added:  

First, a Roleplay section where you explain a bit more the connection between the quests i.e how comes that she helps the Reachmen, what is her  relation to Skyrim, what makes her a shaman, does she follow any religion or rituals, does she has contact with other Orc strongholds. (I'm a roleplay fan, as you can tell ) If you add these things in a structured section than your build will get all the attention it deserves 

Second, maybe you could add some in-game screenshots to give a visual representation of the character. The two artworks are perfect but in-game footage appeals even more to the eye
