    hey chris love the build and I'm gonna try it out but I was wondering if I go over level 30 can I put points into heavy armor and more into illusion?

    I didn't put points into Heavy Armor, but yes into Illusion

    I was thinking of using erik the slayer or the lioness as a follower saying there following their parents foot steps and following the old legate in honor of em and I was gonna take a hound as a trusty companion

    I hate to break it to you Chris, but I recreated your perk spread to check the level, and it goes up to level 32. So you need to drop two perks from the build in order for it to qualify for the contest. Also, while your perk spread doesn't list it, your build has to take Persuasion since it's a prerequisite for Intimidation.
