    Actually they return to normal pretty fast Bryn. The combat is very fluid, trust me

    I will admit, the idea is clever... It's just the shield is a deal breaker.

    Vazgen... 2 seconds is too long to me... I hate the shield and no matter of awesome effect it has will make me like it

    I think you might be able to swap out the Khajiit for an Argonian. The only major thing you won't get is the night eye.

    What would Marked for Death and a quick shield bash do? Does being ethereal clear any debuffs like poison dps/drain vitality/marked for death?

    Marked for Death + Fear is one of the most powerful combinations in the game, this is absolute fact.

    2 seconds? I suggest actually testing the shield for yourself. The shield effect says 15 seconds, but most enemies seem to have it last for around 7-8 seconds. Just enough time to get distance, lay down wall spells, rune, and then switch back to crossbow.

    The ethereal effect does seem to stop any DoT effects. I first tried it with lingering damage poisons for fun, but they stopped working. I also tried marked for death and it stopped the shout effect. I have not tried drain vitality, but I would expect it to stop when shield is bashing. Thanks for the like! I agree about the fear+marked for death! Definitely a good one!
