    Thank you!

    Thank you.
Well, I did consider dropping gloves and boots for a few reasons, but mage armor would still be inviable, as the mask is Light/Heavy armor. Anyway, Dragonhide already gives the 80% damage reduction, which is more than enough. There are some alternatives do deal with those pesky archers, if needed: whirlwind sprint shout to close the gap and murder them, slow time to avoid their arrows, the new cyclone shout, the good old unrelenting force... Shouts are a big part of the gameplay here.

I'm stuck on this aspect of the build myself.  Not sure what to level up early on.  Light or Heavy armor.  Seeing that the mask is random......

That is totally up to you. The build gives you that liberty early on. It won't matter anymore when you are able to cast Dragonhide. The only differing factor is that for the first version of Miraak's mask, the heavy armor one has 50 magicka and the light armor one has just 40. No idea why.

    The values go like this....

Light Armor version level 1-44 gives 50 Magicka, 45-59 gives 60 and 60+ gives 70...the Heavy armor version is 40 from level 1-44 but the same as light 45-60+...

That means if I want the 70 Magicka I'd have to play my character for a long time.  It would be a good idea to go with Heavy or Light or even Mage armor beforehand. What did you do Deranged?

Oh, you are right, I mixed up the versions. Well, if you are aiming for the level 60 version... I, for one, picked heavy armor. But I invested few points on it, as I powerleveled smithing pretty early on. In fact, I only used the points needed to get to Conditioning, for utility.

Was actually about to play a character like this and came across the build when I was looking for build ideas and +1. I hate the fact that conjuration blocks your summoning abilities and so a seeker cant be summoned. So I am going up the necromancy side of the tree and getting dead thralls. I figure if I set them up with miraak worshiper robes and (not sure if the staff enchanter will let me make them) summon seeker staves.

I was thinking about doing a mage type, and this one seems to be pretty awesome.  I ill give you a like, i wish i could give two.  Good job, and If I make a mage character, I am going to make it similar, this looks like fun.

For the smithing leveling with gold jewelry, though gold rings produce 2 60 value items, it only gives you 60 value worth of experience, where the necklace gives you 75 value worth of experience. So if you want experience, go for the necklace, where if yo want money, go for the rings.

Well.. just a mazing build, all so complete.

U dont need the alchemy enchant loop and powerleveling (thats kind of a exploit) to make this build efective, dont fall into exploits or abuses, at least when u dont need them at all, if u do this you ll just enjoy the build for a few days, instead of a really good few weeks.

If u insist on powerleveling, i can add that the best way to powerlevel  with detect life is going at the center of riften, 100 in a few minutes, but srsly, so boring.

    +1 anyways.
