I've always been a stealthy character in ES games.  If I get nothing else from Mason's builds (and the tips contained in the 40 pages of notes) it's an enjoyment of a diagonal slash with a 2H weapon and the nuances of the "mage fight" technique.  And now,  add Turn Undead to that list.  I've NEVER used Turn undead and Bleak Falls was by far the easiest run through I've ever had.  Turn and then wail away.  I assumed that attacking would break the turn...but it didn't.  EPIC AWESOMENESS.

I think this was the first character that I took the Master Destruction perk with, and yeah it's completely wasted on this toon (I was probably having too much fun with firestorm to be bothered about blizzard back then) hence the absence of a blizzard special move with this build...

...the master restoration perk is also a complete waste, I've honestly never taken master restoration for any character I've ever played...

...I've already confessed this sin a number of times before the 'playtest' crowd show up.

I've never taken 'Avoid Death' either... I seem to remember that was included for RP reasons...

The perk has limits. If you fall from a high enough cliff, Avoid Death won't save you

This is still my favorite build from Mason.

My 3rd attempt at this fantastic vamp build will be a success, I have opted for the lovely Elven great-sword, could not resist it, thanks to the instructional comments on page 7 of the build I hope to complete this time, many thanks again for posting Mason

Why not just do the dawnguard quest where u get auriel's bow. All you have to do is get elven arrows and have serana craft blood cursed arrows and sun hollowed arrows. The blood cursed arrows block out the sun and the sun hollowed arrows bring the sun back with the added effect of shooting light at your enemies.pretty awesome effect
