The Potent Blizzard Glitch

  Easier way: craft a at least 100% restoration potion. Activate the Atronach stone. Go to the Apprentice stone. Drink the potion. Equip the Aetherial crown. Activate the Apprentice stone. Thus you will have permanently the following effects: +100 magicka +100 absorb -200 magic resist (which is not a problem with 100 absorb) -100 + 200 = 100 magicka regen. Using this method, having unlocked the augment frost 2/2, the damage will be 90/sec. Boost this with 100%+ Destruction potions and you will rock.

  Curiously enough, Blizzard does not affect me or my followers... I take no damage from it although the damage appears in the Active Effects Menu.

  Is there a potion with weakness to poison?, it should increase the damage right? However a little bit overkill jajaja, if anything apprentice stone,with 0 magic/frost resistance, aug frost rank 2 and fortify destruction should be enough

  Here's another useful thing. Casting Become Ethereal AFTER Blizzard will not modify the spell's effects! Hostile NPCs will still take damage.

  I drank a potion with Weakness to Poison and I found out that it does not affect the damage output, at all.

  Maybe because blizzard is bugged it don't work? Or because you are still taking a potion instead of a poison (even if the potion have negative effects)

  Is not that blizzard need it at this point jajaja then again vampire stage 1 should increase the magnitudes since it only resist 20% frost,but increase the potions and the apprentice stone further

  I read something about Fortify Destruction potion stacking twice with blizzard, for a multiplicative effect. When I've used it, it definitely does more damage than it should, as I've been able to one-shot Revered Dragons on Legendary with blizzard.

  A good discussion about it Noodles, now I'm looking at your tags and wondering why we need explois and glitches in the group, to me they are the same. Oh well that's not the focus of my comment interesting discussion, I had an idea which uses an Advanced Apprentice Stone to make Bliazzard just completely insane (worse then this). By the way Noodles are these possibly related to a certain Event Build coming up, if so I find it interesting that you and I both are making blood-based builds (mines not for the event) and both of us are apparently using Bliazzrd, though I will tell you my usage is very different from yours.
