Thanks Lissette. The perks just wouldn't line up the way I wanted and I will admit I went full out berserk Orc for a few minutes with it.

Conjured weapons could work especially in the early game, but once you pick up Chillrend, it is literally like a gift from on high.

Thanks I am currently working on builds based on some of the now extinct races, but bringing them into "modern times" this was the first, next up will probably be something else from Blackreach.

So funny you should mention that. I was bored on day and was going through Forelhost I think, at level 46ish. Anyway I got surrounded by about 5 Deathlords. Froze time Popped a Frost Cloak, and just dominated everything.

Well, would you like me to take a stab at it? I'd totally do it.

    That would be awesome.

Its always nice to see a build made based on the lost races. It brings great imagination and mystery to the mix when presented properly. It brings the possibilities of What if? What would it be like. You pulled this off well Manik! Style, grace and descriptive. Two topics that I'm curious about.

    - I suppose there is another approach to this character engaging foes who are immune to frost? I see so many builds that only rely on one element when they take magic. I don't mean to be ranting but, its a peeve of mine. A good magician should ALWAYS have a destruction spell from each element for in case of a resistance emergency. On a positive note, I like how wards, being so underrated, are used in this build. They can be great lifesavers with time and dedication to make the room for a magic pool to support them.

    -  No biggie here. If Mark For Death is used in this, it should be on the list of shouts this character uses.

All and all very good build. I enjoyed reading it and not just for the wonderus setup of pictures, spreads and of course covering one of my favorite artifacts but the explanation of history and story alone bought me. Congratulations. This will be the next Green Warden!

You forget, Chillrend does the damage of a dragonbone sword, even without the enchantment you'll be dishing the pain.

I really like this concept. Snow Elf builds are the bomb imo.

I really don't like the font you use. Just a nitpick.

Oh, I'm very aware of Chillrends' damage output. Never fight a Dragon without it. Just make sure its enchantment is used for against the right adversary for the BEST results. If its not the strongest sword. It is one of the strongest. Especially tempered. Oh yeah!

So RyI completely understand where you are coming from, but once I had all 3 qords of slow time augmented by nexromage,, there was really no need to add in another way of doing damage. Between Chillrend, or our bow SHOP=WREAKED.

Giving this guy any more offensive ability is unnecessary, as the character already felt a bit op on Legendary difficulty. Even when an enemy is immune to frost damage what are they going to do? Hit your armor then get decapitated?
