  This build could use a alot more description in several parts. Some of it is hard to understand. Especially the backstory. Playing on PC with mods and presenting a build is that much more trickier because you have to take a better note of every change you used to design the character to meet the criteria of who they are in the build. You also have to simplify those changes so a person on console can play this build as well if they so desire. ( If only most console players on here were kind enough to do the same for PC users! )

  I would also recommend finding a better strategy for dealing with enemies and explaining in brief detail YOUR methods of dealing with them. Charging enemies will get you killed in lightspeed without a rock solid plan. I do understand and applaud the freedom of choices for the player to take in skill lists. But, in a good build, the author has got to put a  good amount of themselves into it as well. It makes it more unique and will be more appealing in the long run. Congratulations on releasing your first build. All things considered, it needs to be cleaned up so it can reach its true potential. You can do it! Like anything else in life, you just need time and dedication.
