I don't dislike path builds but I feel there isn't enough for each path to be a build alone. If you do a path build you should be able to take out the part just for the blood eaters and their lore and turn it into a build and frankly with this you can't.

Very well presented and thought out... and an excellent first build. I won't repeat what others have said about the lore other than this: you are by no means required to Skyrimize your builds. That said, builds that get too far into other universes, historically, tend to struggle.

As you mentioned earlier, the Viashino tribes could easily be a desert-dwelling Argonian race. Change the names of the desert to Hammerfell, and Bob's your uncle. You could also take your first paragraph and some of the other lore explanations, and use it as a note at the end of the build, so that people can still get an idea of where your inspiration for the build comes from, but not have outside lore interrupt their enjoyment of this very excellent build.

Just some ideas, but ultimately you know what you want from a build, and those decisions are entirely up to you ;D

Don't worry, like I said before I can easily understand your point of view and I can always use constructive critics or other opinions to refine my build.

Damn it, you got me!  I admit I threatened TwistedOrthrus and all the other hosts with my Bloodbending. They had no choice but to alter the results in my favor.

Frankly, don't think it needs to be Skyrimized. Maybe it's my shameful lack of familiarity with MTG (I honestly had to click that hyperlink), but this did feel like a tribe of desert Argonians. You could make a few tweaks for those who put up a fuss, but its not required by any means. Despite this newfound hatred for paths builds (**shrinks in fear**), I really like them. If it's something like this, where it's recreating a species or tribe, having different figures from their culture represented is pretty cool and adds depth. It could use some more pictures, tho, but otherwise is a great build. EDIT: apparently, my iPad is slow as molasses and only just loaded those screenshots. They're well taken and I retract my comment (other than the compliment, cause this is a damn good build).

Newfound? I haven't liked paths builds since I first came to this site. Several skeletons of builds in one build just doesn't do it for me. On a side note, I don't think it needs more Skyrimized because I'm familiar with the race. Thought about doing a few Viashino builds myself. The only problem is people who aren't familiar with the source don't feel the same connection and lose interest because it's unfamiliar. That's why it's best to try to translate everything into Skyrim. Regardless, +1 for a first good build!
