With Fortify Block, it managed to mitigate some damage, and managed to do the job, even with difficulty mods.

You know, I've pretty much ignored frost magic in the three years I've been playing Skyrim, and now we get two solid frost-based builds. Think I'll have to change that now ;D Good job (as always), Chris!

In my headcanon, they might, and Tamriel is Westeros during the Age of Heros, but it might be a ASOFAI based build.....I mean, we have the Kamal on Akavir
