That is the same build that made me want to use it! It really is a beautiful combination.

And trust me, I tried to add in smaller pictures like I do in my other builds. The big pictures really make the build seem longer. But finding artwork was so hard for me this time so I had to work with I had.

I am glad you liked it though

Nice one, Oneness. Always a sucker for some MFD, and some Ebony Blade. And a Redguard build too!

Well presented, cool potions, cool tactics. I agree with Ben that you could sell it a bit more. It doesn't seem like you're actually using anything underpowered in the first place, nor does it really look overly complicated IMO.

Again, great job here. Just being a bit generous with the CC since you mentioned that you're looking for it. :)

I've never understood the hate for the Ebony Blade. Why would you need to temper it when it's taking away 30 health per hit regardless of an enemy's defense/blocking, and giving it back to your own Health pool? It's only a struggle on Master, where it's only doing 15 instead of 30.... But on Adept and even Expert, that should be plenty sufficient.

Plus, you can use Fortify Two-handed enchants and potions, Fortify Archery potions, Two-handed perks, etc. to increase its base damage. It's the fastest two-handed weapon in the game too, so that Absorb Health has plenty of opportunities to make contact. Sure, MFD can make it better. I'm just saying, I don't get where this notion came from that it needs to be made better. It's awesome!

Also on a personal level, not a fan of the Shrouded Cowl with Solitude Guard Armor aesthetically. Nazir's Redguard Hood looks much more awesome, especially since you're running a Redguard character. Yeah, it hurts your AR a bit, but with 30 Absorb Health, Marked for Death and Slow Time among other tools in your arsenal, you shouldn't be hurting for AR. Make that change and you have what might honestly be my favorite armor combo in the game. Sword-singer, baby!

And if you really need some extra support, this potion is your friend: Namira's Rot + Canis Root + Juniper Berries = +120% damage and +150% Health Regen. Yes please.

For Black Lotus Dust, if you tweak it to use Bleeding Crown, River Betty, and Deathbell, it adds a very potent Damage Health effect. Plus, all three can be farmed with Hearthfire. One of my favorite poisons!

Again, it's a good build. I'm just being liberal with the CC since you mentioned you're looking for some.

You had me at Ebony Blade, but Marked for Death sealed the deal. I love builds that give you your options when it comes to combat... sneak, open melee, or both. This looks like a lot of fun to play (and so dark too). Also, the additional info about dealing (or not dealing) with archers is incredibly helpful. Wish I'd thought to use Slow Time at the end of Quick Reflexes as a way of dealing with archers; I always went at it backwards and took out the ranged threats first. It works, but I can see real enjoyment keeping a One or Two-handed player between me and an archer, just waiting for that power attack to come, all the while knowing that both are dead as soon as it does :) Another great build!

I completely agree that it does not need to be made better it is already awesome, but this build just makes it better in general for all the people out there who can't use their Resto Loop to make it godly lol.

I personally never had much of a struggle with the decent AR I had and the Ebony Blade. This is actually one of the few build I would consider playing on DiD.

How can you not like the Shrouded Cowl? Omg it is beautiful on females. I considered some other things like Nazir's hood but without a Light Armor hood you miss out on Wind Walker and Deft Movement. Not to mention Custom Fit and the little boost you get with Agile Defender makes actually blocking attacks a lot easier.

And wouldn't your poison be weakness to poison rather than magic? Lol. I'm not an alchemy expert but I used something similar to that on her before with Deathbell and Bleeding Crown and I remember it being Slow with Weakness to Poison...

I am really glad you liked it though since you are such a big fan of Redguards

First off Love it! Second I'm surprised you didn't take the backstab perk since you use the silent roll+ charge combo or did you find it not needed at all or too overpowering for the build? and Third what were your stat allocation? :)

Sadly Backstab will only affect One-Handed weapons and as of some patch, I forget which exactly, the Ebony Blade is now a full on Two-Handed weapon and only responds to the appropriate perks :/ But even it did work I do not think it would be necessary because this is already strong enough as is.

As for the stat allocation the best I can say is alternate between health and stamina as needed. Early on maybe focus a little on health so you can focus on stamina later. It is entirely up to how you play it.

Thanks ma! I'm glad you liked it so much!

Ah, you're right about weakness to poison, not magic. Got too eager to sell that one.

Either way though, it's an awesome poison. In fact, might even be better that it's weakness to poison: with Concentrated Poison, that second hit will make the poison's inherent Damage Health a lot stronger.

With +82% Alchemy and Seeker of Shadows (another of my favorite things!) you're doing 150 Damage Health the first time, and 240 the second, for 390 total poison damage -- along with the two hits Absorbing 30 Health, and the blade's base physical damage. Did I mention that's probably my favorite poison?

I'll grant you that the Shrouded Cowl looks better on females, but the Redguard Hood is still superior! Fair point about those Light Armor perks though.

A lot of the allure for this build for me was the fact that it became so versatile. You can be pick up sneak attacks at will, you can use a variety of different swings in combat or you can just sit back and turtle as MfD and the poisons take their hold.

You can thank Ben for convincing me to extend more on how to battle archers lol. There is a lot of underlying synergy in this build, just like that which I didn't have much room to explain

    As always, thanks Shinjin!

I am quite fond of my Weakness to Poison + Damage Health + Ravage Health poison for the same reason >:)

The Redguard hoods look great on guys though. Especially since the Shrouded Cowl and other Light Armor hoods mis-shape your head.
