3:1:1
This is whats recommended, because you're casting Flesh spells, Ash Rune and Whirlwind Cloak, and it can require a bit of magicka.
However, as someone without DLC (at the point of using this build), I just had to cast the flesh spells, and about 300-350 Magicka is enough, so feel free to go just stamina and health at that point if you're not using Ash Rune and Whirlwind Cloak, otherwise, continue the 3:1:1.

First off: I'm totally in love with the concept, here. Particularly the Shouts! Brilliant concept, and I love the role play of it. I'm trying one out, now!!

That said... I seem to be having a bit of an issue making use of this trick. I'm on PS3, and I can't seem to get the timing down to open the dialogue menu with my follower whilst transforming. I've tried a couple different followers (Lydia, Aela, Jenassa, etc...), and tried timing the button presses to varying degrees (converse then transform, transform then converse, both at the same time, etc...). I've watched several videos on the YouTubes, as well, and tried as best I could to figure out the timing from there. But it would seem I'm still missing something... ...Or is this just not working on PS3? >.> Halp?

The timing is kinda tricky to get down.  You gotta hit R2 and X at almost the same time...I think my timing is R2 a fraction of a second before X.

It works on PS3 because that is what I play on.

Obviously the transformation has to come before the conversation, but I figure that if you hit both at the same time it's better, because if you hit both at the same time and miss-time it and you end up talking a bit faster than you press transform, it's ok no harm done, but on the flipside you're WANTING to transform just a fraction before talking, so it all works out perfectly.
In short: Press both at same time, nothing can go wrong.
