    Still a cool idea, but I much preferred the shield only wielding shouting machine!

    You can still play this build that way! With the ability to respec your perks in Dragonborn, you can take the Heavily Armored, Greatsword swinging Argonian and turn it into a Shrieking, Shield Charging monster!

    i tried to get unlimited shouts but it never worked, did you have any similar problems while doing this build?

    I had no problems getting Unlimited Shouts.

    Magicka is for those who wish to augment the build to their playstyle. If you want to use it somewhere else, feel free to.
