  I went 1:4:2 magicka health stamina, enchanting some pieces with magicka boost should keep you from running out. Health is a must early in, and stamina is needed to spam duel wielding power attacks.

  you can also use a daedric sword because it is also curved. its a stronger sword then a scimitar but if u dont use smithing u can stick with the scimitar.
