Yes, and perhaps I should have delved a little deeper into that but really, I did Ill Met by Moonlight and wear Hircine's ring (I always take both the Hide and the Ring lol) for absolutely no reason whatsoever other than the roleplay aspect of doing the god of the hunt's questline. Becoming a werewolf does certainly work on this build too, and it's an option I should have mentioned, but enough builds go into the finer points of becoming one that I'd simply leave it up to the player as something I'd recommend that works well here too.

Forsworn Armor & Boots + Stormcloak Officer Helm & Gauntlets were chosen solely for aesthetic purposes. The combination simply looks incredibly awesome on a Khajiit and couldn't fit the build better if it tried. And trust me, I tried every combination of hunter-esque looking gear I could find and this set very much took the cake for me. Maybe I'll try and snap a screenshot too.

As for Ill Met, I did the quest (and took both the Ring and Hide) as I mentioned in a comment above just because Hircine's my homey. Anything hunt-related I did. Same reason I joined the Companions; just wanted to hang out with Aela because she gets me lol. As for the gear itself, the Hide looks terrible with a Stormcloak Officer's Helm and I much prefer the Forsworn combo I chose for the build, but it's really all personal preference again. And I wear the ring for shits and giggles because even though I did become a werew...uh... werecat during the Companions questline, I rarely if ever transform so the ring is pretty useless for me.

Dawnguard was the only questline necessary for the actual rewards you can reap from it. The rest of just to get in the roleplay mindset of the build.

Thank you! And yep, I often find myself echoing that very same thought when I look at all these badass pictures on this site's many builds lol.

Also lol, glad you caught my hilariously shameless attempts to draw in the Demonhunter crowd! XD

a Cat that wears a Bear-head and turns into an wet Dog! Nice! ;-)

Haha exactly! Makes much more sense for something like THAT to command the will of Skyrim's wildlife than some lowly Wood-Elf, if you ask me. Thank god for the Animal Allegiance shout; it's easily my favorite in the game.

Yo snakes, just wondering, in the level 50 perk spread you appear to have gone up the necromancy tree, and not the elemental summons one, was wondering if this was a mistake

This may actually get me to play a Khajiit. Got enough Demonhunter links there :P I was trying to think of another advantage to the Bloodcurse effect, no luck on my end :P Really happy you found it :) you got my +like sir.
