What the fuck are you talking about, Jo'Daro? This is no more a path build than any that makes heavy use of Vampirism, Lycanthropy, or hell, even Ben's own build. It's two halves that make a complete build and are interchangeable throughout the playthrough, not three fucking paths???? Plus it's only TWO anyway so your comment makes even less sense. Unless you're confusing my build with the contests winners', which had three parts? But also was no more a path build than this one... Jesus Christ that was a terrible comment no matter which way you slice it.

That was a lesser point. You're failing to grasp a fundamental difference between a build with different paths you can commit to and one that combines two different combat styles that share a synergy between them into a single build. It's entirely inaccurate and more akin to complaining that a build uses a bow for ranged combat and sword for close range combat.

You're welcome, and that makes sense.

Perhaps this is too idealistic of me, but the way I envision it having worked out if the judges had kept their innermost thoughts secret would have brought lots of content, presentation, and lore debate to each build. There would have been initiative placed on us to inquire and discuss everything about each build, and it certainly would have carried the contest's hype onward into the next one.

Transparency is always good, but to the point where it harms the users and the group involved? I've been on enough forums to know where that line should be, but I know things are different everywhere you go on the internet, and maybe this is just something I'll have to get used to here.

First things first: contest or no contest, this is a awesome, deliciously evil build. Now it's probably not the first time you've heard, er, read this, but your Demonhunter was what made me start lurking in the site, and eventually led to me joining and posting my first (hopefully not last) build. And in my opinion, your enthusiasm and voice are as much a part of the popularity of your builds as the unique gameplay is. I know you can't force creativity but it'll be a loss if you ever decide to hang up your spurs for good in the CB department. So I guess I'm just glad you're keeping an open mind. Oh, and +1 but once you hit that many likes, does it even matter?

Well, there was bound to be issues the first time - there was a lot to gain from what's occurred since yesterday. I'll be making a lot of improvements to future contests in general!

It always matters to me, Albatross! There isn't a single like that doesn't mean a lot to me, and comments such as this one mean even more than that. :) And for the record, no it is not the first time I heard that haha.

Demon Hunter is the reason I am here as well.

    No enchanting?

Don't get me wrong though, I love the build! I just wish there was bound armor in skyrim :( Furthermore I think I'll change two handed and block to one handed and heavy armor, would it still be ok roleplay-wise? I'll mostly play as the evil commander I think XD and maybe throw a bit of enchanting in and swap it for some destruction perks... Anyway, +1!

I can't really speak for No Snakes aLive, but I think he avoided enchanting because this build is already very powerful at higher levels, with AoT-fueled Ignite and maxing out the Chaos enchant on the Champion's Cudgel with Destruction perks. Adding enchanting into the mix would simply destroy any and all challenge in the game (same goes for perking heavy armor-the whole idea is to be a bit of a glass cannon, with super high offence, but with squishiness to prevent being overpowered). You could certainly continue with the changes you mentioned, but I think you'd be missing out on the beauty of this build if you did...
