Imperial's Luck stays where it is.  The racial power's bug does not affect at all The Blessing of Nocturnal. Thanks for the Slow tip. I'll make sure to let people know about this. The Blackjack is a good idea but I am going to leave it to the players to think of it.

Thanks for all the feedback, I appreciate it!

Just started my third playthrough. And want to make it interesting. First two playthroughs were archer sneaks/assassins this time I wanted to make use of the thief skills. Any pointers for low level just starting. Seems like there are more than times than "rarely" to have to kill someone. Do you only apply that rule at higher levels/certain quests? Not to say I'm not trying to not kill anyone. But it almost seems necessary in places like the ratway to get into thieves guild(irony) and when you need to "exterminate" caves etc. I'm really looking forward to playing through using this build. Would just like some pointers for a new event player, low level starter..thanks and great build noodles.

Thank you! Playing a pure thief requires a lot of creative thinking. Just take a look at all the gameplay videos. You need to start thinking of ways to distract hostile npcs long enough to sneak past them undetected. For example, you can shoot those homeless people in the ratways with paralysis poisoned arrows, run past them and then hide. The most challenging part of my playthrough was when I had to awaken Serana while two vampires were looking for me. It wasn't easy but it felt rewarding. In the low levels, I recommend stealing things from different cities, getting caught, doing some time in jail and escaping to other cities. Steal, get caught, escape, repeat. Remember that it will get harder and harder to kill someone as you level up. Getting used to finding creative ways to steal things without killing is pretty important. If you have encounter any obstacles while playing my character, let me know and I'll help.

So making progress with my char. Tho after pickpocketing and robbing all the stands in riften, I have a horde of hired thugs after me. Maybe I should have waited until after I was an official thive guild member lol. Should be fun...

Roleplay it. Desperate times require making new friends in the Thieves Guild.

Lvl 20 Staff in hand. And all the nesscesary shouts. Need to get some dragon souls. And you really can't use that staff without the quiet casting(even from a good distance) so now I have to boost my Illusion with the help of the prof in winterhold. Throw voice is a freakin charm. Love that shout!

Nice! You can start by using Calm spells to level up illusion.
