It's what I did because magic makes you a bit overpowered.

In my playthrough I used muffle/invisibility only for leveling up illusion and getting the perks so that calm may become efficient.

Sounds legit but what would be the purpose of sneaking if you render the falmer susceptible to playing patty-cake with the Thief?

If you don't use muffle/wear muffle enchanted boots, Falmer are the most challenging to sneak past. They sense you immediatly. I had to use the "Walk" key while sneaking to get past them but damn it was hard, yet fun.

Windshear makes me think of scimitars. Scimitars make me think of pirates. Hey a pirate themed thief sounds nice! I'll look into that.

Hey guys and gals! I need some help on testing a new idea for the thief. If any want to volunteer, please send me a message and I'll give the details. Thanks!

    How have I missed this?!

Easily my favourite build of yours Noodles, it looks like we both took inspiration from the master thief himself, Garrett! You seemed to go for Illusion and Speech more, I preferred Archery and Alteration. Some of the tricks here are wicked, you wouldn't believe the number of times I've used that Solitude exit without realising that guards never followed me. I was always diving into the lake, waiting it out underwater.

Enforcers are also really cool, love the idea of using them to distract enemies.

A couple of things though, firstly you may want to remove Imperial Luck from that ability, since it adds to all races by after leaving Helgen. I know you've already out that in the races section, but it would still be worth pointing out.

Also, Slow Poisons only slow enemies up until they change an animation, Nik discovered. So if you poison an enemy who's standing still, the moment they start attacking Slow wears off. Though it could still be useful in chases, as enemies will be running and likely won't stop till they reach you.

Epic build +1 Also, Ebony Mace + Paralysis Enchant = Blackjack? :D
