I'm not sure where you got 23 from, you only have 11 perks in Illusion. Just to clarify I meant I don't like using Illusion and Conjuration at once, using either or (like I am in this case) suits me a lot better. My Nemesis is just a little more in your face than yours with a heavier emphasis on Conjuration, which I feel is fitting given the whole OTT Swords, Magic and Style theme!

Oh I will, it's hard not to have fun when it comes to devastating the Thalmor  

I really love the thought of playing this and his other build The Sorceror,

   But sadly I play on PC and cannot take advantage of these two builds' main factor: The enhanced elemental damage from enchants.  This bums me out so much.  Anyone know away around this so a PC'r can play these two awesome builds?

I'm unsure what you mean? I've scoured the build and I don't see any mention of mods. Anyone could play it, console or PC.
