Most likely to keep the role-playing aspect high here you would choose to kill Kematu as well, rather than killing Saadia, as stated on this page: http://gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/52128/whos-telling-the-truth-saadia-or-kematu I'll quote: 'If you accept Kematu's request and help him capture Saadia, you may encounter a group of Thalmor Justiciars in the wild that carry a Justiciar Execution Order with your race and name. This may indicate that Kematu might have been telling the truth and that Saadia truly was a traitor (source needed, Justiciar Execution Orders are normally issued because of the assault on the Thalmor Embassy in the main questline).'

According to UESP, the only requirement for that particular world interaction is that the player myst be level 8, and has nothing to do with In My Time Of Need.

Hm, it surprises me I never saw this reply popping up in my inbox. Anyway, if it has anything to do with In My Time Of Need or not does not even matter. What does matter is the fact that a group of thalmor Justiciars is about to get you which, as I stated before, is not particular roleplay frienfly.

You're right, it isn't. I roleplayed them as a rogue Thalmor faction; check the section of the build regarding the College of Winterhold for details.

I did a new playthrough of this guy, swapping out Conjuration, Lockpicking, and Sneak for Illusion, and decided to update the build accordingly. Let me know what you guys think!

So it used to be a 7 skill build, and now uses just 5? Nice streamlining!

Albino, although i really loved this build, a Thalmor would NEVER join the dark brotherhood, they praise sithis (chaos, change) highelves praise aedra, stasis, and about thieves guild, thalmor doesnt want to f@ck skyrim up, they have other ways to weaken the empire, beyond bankrupting it, but great ideia nonetheless
