thanks mate... i was thinking more along the lines of... an adventurer getting it from source as compared to a vendor who procured it from some adventurer like me or even worse, a sellsword?

You don't actually need many hearts, Mehrunes quest has four which will get you the complete worn armor set. I reckon you could easily find a couple more just while adventuring for those final few pieces if you were patient, I'm not so I just shopped alchemists and stole one from the companions in Whiterun (just lift the heart up and run off down the corridor with it ).

It's certainly pretty wierd and inconsistant to the lore...

Still, at least when you use the Atronach Forge you feel like you're using something special.

Better than in Oblivion when every man and his dog seemed to have their own personal connection to Oblivion! It was pretty RP crushing to walk into a cave and find all the enemies decked out in "uber rare" daedric armor.

Maybe the Hero of Kvatch started a black market running daedra hearts out of Cyrodiil...

Not sure, I've never called a dremora at the forge before...

I seem to remember that a Black Soul Gem + Human Heart will create a Daedra Heart. There's a couple of cool recipes you can do...

Hey why no Quick shot for the bow would help out also why no Block talents

  • December 22, 2013

Quick Shot + Bound Bow is a waste, barely any improvement...

Block tree would also have been a complete waste. That daedric shield stops anything like I mentioned in the build, bound bow keeps enemies off you, conjuration keeps enemies off you, sneak keeps enemies off you...

...sneak got so good that once a dragon landed (dragons seem to lose a ton of their detection ability when they aren't in the air) they were done for. I was standing in front of one landing stealth bow shots at one point.

Hey Mason cheers on the Build this is my first time actually trying someone else build and after reading yours I really wanted to give it a go. Right now I'm lvl 16 and I have all the components to make my full set of Daedric armor, just need for my Con to hit 90 to get the quest I suppose. So I was wondering if you had a particular leveling guide as to where you've gone and what quest lines you did early on. I've just done a few quest here and there as not lvl so quickly while I got everything together for the armor. Most of my leveling has been through random mob encounters such as dragons I haven't even been to see the grey's yet lol. this play through for me is about finishing the game on a fun character not just power leveling so thanks for the build it's awesome.

P.S. You guys said to gamble with the Atronach forge what exactly did you mean by that.

Gambling at the forge is basically, step 1: put your ingredients in the offering box. Step 2: save your game. Step 3: pull the lever and see what you get. If it's not one of the pieces you need, just reload your last save and pull the lever again.
