Why does he use a bow? I could see 1 and 2 handed ( both for this ) before a bow.

There's no point using both, two handed works better as it allows access to the sweep perk which is great in synergy with concentrated poison. "The Crusader also has some meagre skill with an elven bow, and uses it to apply curses at range, and combat flying dragons." The bow is just to poison enemies far away, and fight dragons. It's not a main source of damage.

Bit of a revamp to make it of equal calibre presentation-wise to my newer builds. Been considering giving it a full revamp, since I've got a unique idea for it which I haven't seen before. I'll see, and I hope the Crusader looks suitably awesome!

Looks great! You should've updated it before we did the Crusader nominations for the Hall of Fame though. 

I revamped my DoC after it entered the first Hall of Fame too!
