On Certain Staves

  I know Fortify [Magic School] affects staves, and so does leveling the relevant skill itself, but I wanna know if apprentice destruction will double the available charge of a firebolt staff.

  They don't.

  On one hand that's a bummer, on the other it's a good reason to save perks. Thanks :)
