Not a problem. Another way to lvl restoration very fast is using the second/fourth turn undead spell (aoe-wave) against 3+ undead enemys. The great thing here is that you can regenerate enough magicka during the 30 seconds to cast another wave, once the effect ran out (in case you dont have that much base magicka).

Level 65, to be exact. With the exception of Destruction and Illusion Master spells (due to a glitch), you can buy all spells 10 levels below their related perk (90 for Master, 65 for Expert, 40 for Adept).

Thanks Albino!  I knew they became available before you get to the perks level but I didn't know by how much.

    Great work Vargr!

    SPOILERS!!! (?)

You can buy both necromantic healing spells even siding with Dawnguards, by the bosmer vampire during your first visit to Castle Volkihar, he'll be upon the balcony on the left side of the main hall, you can reach him by jumping fro the top of a chair.

You can even buy the sun spells siding with vampires by visiting Florentius (using calm spells) during the final mission to kill all the main Dawnguard characters.

Every time I tried talking to him (the vampire) during the visit, he simply said: "No, you have to talk to Harkon".

You should try to talk to him before Harkon ends the first talk with Serana.
