Summon Spectral Assassin requires a hand to use, you way want to fix that.

Does it? I haven't used the summon since my first playthrough but I faintly recall that now. Thanks Zach :p Edit: I just checked UESP and it says it's a Greater Power. You may be thinking of Arniel's Shade(?)

No Alastor, it's a greater power because it's in the powers section and can be used once a day, but you cast it like any normal conjuration spell. Check out YouTube for videos on it, if you don't have it on your characters  I'd add Dragon Priest summon from Konahrik to that section and ancient dragonborn from the Dragon Aspect

I just found out that you can Bow Block without zooming! Just notch your arrow, hold block, unequip and equip again It also adds a little zoom into the view(without Eagle Eye)

You're gonna have to come up with some of your build by yourself ;p James has a discussion on Criticals and Bullseye is a paralyze spell a.k.a. Alteration Spell so it's prob affected by Stability and Alteration potions. I think Bullseye paralyzed for a great length already so you could really put some enemies out of commission.
