    Haha! That'd be great. This is one of the reasons I'm afraid of adding character pictures. I hate it when a book gets a new cover and I'm like: that's not what they look like! But why does Amari/Kaera have an annoying voice! Lol. Kaera still has a lot of conflicting emotions about Valus. He's shifty and quite amoral, but he's also came through for her where the others either betrayed her or died; and he has nice cheetah muscles, haha.

    I know right, that's also why I won't put up character screenshots or drawings. I'm not sure why Kaera has an annoying voice! Somehow it just came with her appearance. I'm not a fan of female voices in general (no, not even my own), so it could just be that. 

    Yeah you're right about Valus. I mean he has been saving Kaera's life when he could easily have left her to die. Still, I refuse to trust him until I know him better. I know way too little about him to expect that he will continue to take care of our Kaera. >:(

    Sorry for the long delay, but Chapter 25 is up. Just got back from vacation and I have a lot on my plate career wise, so my posting/reading is going to be slower for a while.
