Man, this build is all about doing the things I love (and the backstory gives me a reason ;D): revenge & bandit/vampire hunting, offensive resto spells, rune-casting, slipping in and out of shadows--I can see this being a ton of fun :D

This is a pretty beefy build for a flash event... excellently presented, wonderfully fleshed out, and almost as much of a character profile as it is a build (and the character is definitley worth focusing on ;D). The only thing I would have liked to see a bit more of would have been how you handle combat with this build. Granted, you have a video of gameplay (which I haven't been able to see yet--blocked at work... grrrr), but I find having a write-up for the combat helps to solidify the concepts for me. Merely a personal preference, though, and I'm sure most of you kooky kids would rather watch the film xD

Again, just a really great build! If summer can manage to bring me even the semblance of peace and quiet, I'll probably use this as a foundation for the next stealth build I play... it looks like an incredibly good time :D

@Shinjin - Thanks Shinjin glad you like it. I had a lot of fun writing up the backstory for this one. I'll see what I can do about expanding the combat section a bit. I've been working on a level 50 and will be finished with that in the next few days or so, but the gameplay just gets better and better when you add in perks like crusaders fire. So keep an eye out for that. Thanks for dropping by man appreciate it. :)

The build itself is really cool, but the backstory is a bit weak. A big wall of text with few separations, many spelling errors, and I'm still confused about why she became a vampire hunter so she could take vengeance from the... pirates... that sacked her town. Yes I know this all makes me sound pedantic but I'm very passionate about this stuff.

Thank you tirrene for your thoughts on the build.

Regarding spelling errors I will be sure to look over the build for those when I get home, thanks for the eye for detail.

As for the builds story being weak... There are two links to the full story (one below the first picture and the other is in the end credits) that go further into detail regarding character history and motivation. It is strongly hinted that the characters mother was a vampire hunter. The character takes on this role as a way to be closer to the mother she never knew. She wants revenge on the pirates because they killed her father and brother. As for the structure of the back story, there are several paragraphs that separate the text clearly.

If you haven't already I recommend you read the full backstory. If you are still confused as to the characters motivations after reading this, I am sorry but I have no intention of changing it as it took a great deal of time and effort to write, which I am sure you can appreciate having produced builds yourself. If that is the case I do hope you can enjoy the next build I do more than this one.

Thanks again for your criticism and check back later tonight if you like, as I will have edited the spelling errors out.

The spelling has been corrected, as well as some gramatical issues. So thanks for pointing that out. Concerning words such as "armor", or "armour" it is spelt different depending which country you are from, there are several instances of these types of words through out.  I hope that this has changed your thoughts on the presentation. Thank you tirrene.

Yeah, I'm sorry some errors slipped through, Furrion, but I ignored the spelling variances because I often edit for European friends, so I know that armor and armour are both correct.

Don't Sweat it Liss, wasn't that bad just few here and there :) I'm glad to have the build done and dusted now though, so I can start focusing on getting the level 50 out of the workshop. Then there are a few future builds which I have some ideas, that I want to explore further... Exciting times :)

This is awesome Furrion, I really love it. It's unique, has an amazing backstory, and just works so well. The art is a great touch. She kind of reminds me somewhat of a female Witcher in the play style at least - combination of silver sword and spell. I like how this has some sneaking as a big part of the build as well. I also love the idea of a Nightblade that isn't a prototypical Dunmer vampire, in fact she is the total opposite (my Nightblade is going to be a Breton vampire so I'm guilty of the trope lol). A nightblade vampire hunter is so cool, like a "fight fire with fire" mentality. Great work overall and a big inspiration!!

Thanks Dean, glad you enjoyed the buld. The witcher series was definantly an inspiration for the character, particuarly The Blood and Wine DLC. I thought that this would put a unique spin on making a Nightbalde a bit different than usual. Certainly akin to what you said about fighting fire with fire. And thanks for the great feedback, really made my day to here that you loved the build!
