My name is Jeff Dragonborn and I'm the fastest man alive

Hit this before you start reading for MAXIMUM FAST

This is my build for Songs of the North- a bit late for sure, but to be fair I first heard of the contest like two days after it finished. It is based around, of course, the song Gas gas gas, part of the soundtrack of the veyr fsat anime Initial D. This build is supposed to convey an idea of speediness and increased distance traversed through a tridimensional space over a minimal amount of time, otherwise known as FAST.

Backstory: Ever since he was a child, the fastest man alive wanted but one thing: to open the greatest moccaccino bar in the history of the Imperial City. His father, however, was having none of that; their family was a family of fast runners, he said, and what even is a moccaccino anyways. Heartbroken yet determined, our hero trained both his abilities in both speed and coffee-making, developing the fast'n'frapp fighting style. His style was so successful, in fact, that he decided to use it to fight for justice. And so he started running, and running, and to this day, he has never stopped.

Race: Redguards get an adrenaline recovery power which not only is fast but it also lets them run fast.

Stats: 0/0/∞ Who cares about not getting lots of magic when you are TOO FAST TO BE HIT?

Standing stone: The Steed (because horses are FAST).

Gear: Your weapon should be one you can use effectively while on a horse. The Longhammer works, as it has the monster damage of an Orcish warhammer while still being PRETTY DAMN FAST. As for armor, you don't need armor if you have FAST. Put on some Robes of Quickening (THE BEST FASTEST armor), the Dukaan mask (frost makes you s l o w and if you are s l o w you are not FAST), a ring and necklace enchanted with Resist Frost, Ahzidaal's boots of waterwalking (swimming is less fsat than RUNNING AT HGIH SPEEDS) and lastly just choose a pair of gloves or gauntlets you like. I'd recommend Daedric gauntlets, since this is the only slot for which I couldn't find a speed joke and you need armor anyways.

Perks: -Two handed: Barbarian x5, Champion's Stance, Skullcrusher x3, Great critical charge (the sped and faster of this build).

-Heavy armor: Juggernaut x5. Really not much other than extra protection.

-Alchemy: Alchemist x5, Physician, Benefactor, Poisoner, Concentrated Poison, Snakeblood. You need them frapps.

Shouts: Whirlwind Sprint because it makes you FST for a second and Elemental Fury because it makes you SOFAST.

Followers: Followers are slow, screw them. Bring a horse though; I'd recommend you get Arvak because he's the f a  s   t in Blackreach.

Playstyle: RIDE AT YOUR ENEMIES WITH A POISONED WARHAMMER AND SLUGGER THEM AT THE SPEED OF FAST (preferably with paralysis poison). Or, if horse-unavailable, locate the strongest boye, great-critical-charge him (again, paralysis poison for MAXIMUM SLOW), and then use Elemental Fury to homerun his crew.

Quests: In order to get the gear and skills you will need to do The Break of Dawn, Tending the Flames and Unearthed. Other than that, just about any quest that asks you to be a courier, messenger, or be generally running works.

Hmm...well so I think I get the idea you were going for, okay, so I'm either going to sound stupid or have gotten it spot on, but is part of the build the fact that it is a short, sweet little build. It definitely fits into the idea of it being fast, and that sorta works. I mean you've got all the important stuff, the build is very playable and well...if that was the intention then I think it was actually a pretty good idea.

If not, then we can talk about it, but I'd like to think it is :D It's a cool, creative little idea if so, or I'm reading too much into it...Anyway, I sorta liked it in the end, though I think adding a picture would really help, not sure what picture, but something to give the page a bit of flair.

...yes. That was my plan all along.

I'll assume that might not have been the plan then. Did you want to talk about things you could do to improve it, or are you happy with how it is? Because really the second it's the important part, and if your happy with it then there's no real need to change stuff up :)

Well I like how its fastness relates to how it is fast like you said, even if that wasn't my intention, so I'd rather keep it how it is. However, you are a senior member of this thing, so if you have recommendations, I'd be glad to lend a couple ears.

Sorry, Tirrene, meant to reply days ago. Right so I'll just drop a few recommendations first that don't really change the current build, they're really minor. The first is just changing the title to Event Build: The Fastest Man Alive since all Event Builds get that little prefix so they stand out from other builds (or to differentiate them). The second is just centring the first image. Generally speaking, if you've got an image that's wider than it is tall (or even if it's just wide) it's better to centre it rather than aligning it to the left/right, just makes everything look a bit neater. Other then that, these are just going to be more general tips for building.

I'd usually recommend having a larger gameplay section that in some way focuses combat a bit more than just a general statement. I personally enjoy breaking down combat into enemy types, so describing the difference between fighting a Mage, Warrior, Archer, Dragon and then sometimes a specialty creature if the build is better than normal at fighting them (For example, Undead if your playing a Crusader/Paladin sort of character, Animals if your a Hunter and so on). It just makes it a lot easier to explain how the build fights and giving detailed explanations of a number of real circumstances. Others break combat down into Styles (if you use Dual-Wielding and Block, or One-Handed, Block, Destruction and Restoration and thus your build changes drastically depending on what you have equipped) and there are a few other different ways to set it out but these are the more common.

Backstories and Roleplaying sections are always good, but only if that's something you enjoy. If your building with gameplay in mind it can sometimes bloat a build to have a complex character in there as well, so that's up to the individual builder really. Tysoyaha's Blood Reaver is a really good example of a gameplay-oriented build IMHO, and his stuff is generally shorter than some of the other builders, and that's good because it really fits his style. I'd recommend looking through a few of his builds for a bit of an idea about a good balance between Gameplay and RP/Backstory.

There's more I could offer but I think that's all the major things I'd normally say. The rest of what I like to talk about is formatting and I sorta covered that with this build already. Honestly, I still really like the way you've written this one so I'd probably side with you and say not to rewrite it, but it's something to think about for your next (which I would hope to see :D).
