This is a Great build Xenla.  I also had a bit of confusion with the extra effect thing.  I've done "progress" perk spreads in some of my builds where I have a lvl 25 spread and then a lvl 50 spread, one for the character as you are progressing and one for the end result, something to consider.  Either way +1 from me for a very good job at skyrimizing a great character, and his story.

The inspiration behind this build went over my head. I blame Dark Souls for a mangled controller and didn't get very far :p The look of the character has translated incredibly well into Skyrim, and the background and roleplay are very compelling. What alignment would you say he is? Great work, Xenla :)

Dark Souls can certainly be frustrating. I'll admit that it's not for everyone, but there's some truly great gameplay if you have the time (and patience!) for it.

Hmm... I'd say that Ingward falls somewhere between Chaotic Neutral and Chaotic Good. He listens to no rules except his own. Although he is interested in the greater good, he usually acts based on what is best for him and his goals rather than what others want. He's a good guy, not a nice one.

Chaotic Gootral then :) That works for me!
