I like this first build, you have done some research it appears and so for a new builder I'd say be proud of this! One thing I think could do with being added is a list of quests, maybe incorporated into the RP section as to why you chose the Nightingale Bow, what led the character doen the Thieves Guild path - sort of weave the two together so that the build has a narrative. The caharcter is yours, you know? So never be afraid to talk about him or have too much info :)

Nice 1st build WerewolfJoe.  I have to agree with Phil, a list of suggested quests with maybe a little explanation as to why you chose those quests would help solidify this character and provide the reader with a guide on what to do with this guy.  Companions and Ill Met by Moonlight are obvious choices but I wonder if there are other quests that would fit the "hunter of hunters" theme, maybe Kyne's Sacred Trials? I know this is Hircine but hunting down spirit animals seems like a very Hirine thing to do.
