I got this idea while watching the second Alice and wonderland movie. I am suprised no one has done a shout build of this variety, if so let me know in the comments.

                                                                                      Father Time

Backstory: "I am an old man. I have been on a cycle of repetition for thousands of years in fear of the baby New Year waiting to take my place. I feel my powers are getting more feeble these days and I have decided to take a major step in my conquest for everlasting time. I chose to travel to a period before technology. A place where beast still walk. Skyrim...I had to sneak my ways across the boarders to get here. As luck would have it, I ran into a couple of imperial guards to do it for me. Now it's a matter of days for me to be able to claim the powers that were once mine, the thu'um."

    Race: Nord

Native to the land of Skyrim, Father Time believed this to be his best bet on blending in.

Appearance- Old man, light blue eyes for roleplay

    2H/7M/1S

Mostly a magic driven build but still a glass canon due to low health leveling. Father Time has grown to be quite old and can no longer run the distances he used to.

Stone: The Ritual stone (bring the time back to the dead) Serpent (Freeze a person in time) or Artonach (for a special ability)

Follower: Any heavy hitter like Varkas

    Major Skills:

Destruction-Commanding the storms of the sky and the ice of the wind comes to the nature of time.

    • Augmented frost, Augmented shock, Deep freeze, Disintegrate, Master of destruction

Restoration- Healing and bring the time back into the sickly is an event that must be done by the great Father.

    • Regeneration, Recovery, Respite, Avoid death, Master Restoration

Alteration- Just get to expert for the paralyze spell. (Pause a single aspect of time)

    Minor Skills:

Speech- Your softest words brings pleasure to every living being on Tamriel

    • Haggling, Bribery, Persuasion, Intimidation

    Playstyle:

This build implements a 2 for 1 kind of style. Father Time is divided into two each consisting of different styles of play. Your persona will change everyday to either Father Time of the Sun (Who helps and heals others) or Father Time of the Moon (Who ends the life of others and causes grief among those who are around him.) The critical thing is to be sure to change into each variation every in game day. So for example, you may be Father Time of the Sun one day and then Father Time of the Moon the next. Just be sure to keep changing it up!

                                                                           Father Time of the Sun

    Weapons: The Staff of Magnus

-The all seeing eye of the past and the present. This staff provides good support for poor Father Time's crippling legs.

Apparel: Hooded Monk's robes (Psijic robes for added effect!)

-A robe of enlightment to help encourage Father Time through his journeys.

    Spells:

Healing- Reverse the clock to recover taken damage

Healing hands- Heal those around you by restoring the life that they once had.

Sun fire- Use the power of the sun to destroy the evil of the night.

Guardian circle- Protect those with you away from the shadows of time.

    Shouts:

Clear skies- Bring the light back into the skies of the universe!

Whirlwind sprint- Sprint with the joy of others!

Kyne's peace- Relax the beast of Skyrim with your positivity!

Battle fury- Fast forward your companions inner clock allowing them to attack with a more vigourus might!

Roleplay: Always pick the "good guy option" in conversation. Do good deeds for others and never steal or harm fellow men. You make the sun rise everyday with the powers of your time!

Gameplay: Father Time of the Sun is the pacifist of the build. Due to not a whole lot of options to attack with, you generally will avoid combat. In fact, through my experience, it is very difficult to break away from "pacifist mode" as this variation. You are left with hardly any means of attack, so this variation focuses on helping followers. You heal and boost the stats of your follower that you are with (to help achieve favors that require more "action"). To further yourself in roleplay, be sure to never do any crimes. Sometimes it's hard to keep away from the temptation, but this character follows a very strict moral code.

    Special abilities:

Ring of Purification- Purge the evil of the forgotten aspects of time through a ring of protection.

    Guardian circle+Battle cry

(Good protective combination to allow for some breathing room. Works especially well in dungeons.)

Student Enlightment- Teach your follower the navigations of time for self improvment.

    Healing hands+Battle fury

    (Significantly increases a companions stats)

Rising of the Sun- Unleash the power of the sun's fury through a series of unlimited blast!

    Atronach stone+Guardian circle+Sun fire

(Get unlimited magicka from the Atronach/Guardian circle combo allowing you to cast multiple sun fires)

Recommended quest: Main quest, Hearthfire, Dawnguard

                                                                            Father Time of the Moon

    Weapons: Skull of Corruption

-Feast upon the dreams of those who sleep. The staff relieves the tension on your weak legs during the long dreary nights.

Apparel: Black mage robes, apprentice hood (Greybeard robes for added effect!)

-Black with the cruelness of men who waste time with frivolous task.

    Spells:

Frostbite- Cause a freezing pain to those who try to defy you.

Lightning bolt- Command the lightning that crosses the sky!

Paralyze- Pause a target into an internal time lapse

Wall of storms- Set upon a wall of the skies wrath

Blizzard- Set a large radius blast of the ice that scatters along the winds

    Shouts:

Slow time- Make the seconds of others an eternity as you end the hour glass of their lives.

Soul tear- Invade into the time left in your opponents souls.

Dismaying shout- Put fear into the bodies of those who wish to escape time

Roleplay: A complete opposite from Father Time of the Sun. Go with the more rude options in conversations and kill the elderly whose time is almost up. This side of Father Time plays very similar to a grim reaper style.

Gameplay: What makes this build unique is this bi polar opposite variation which can sometimes lead to conflicting interest. This is the Grim reaper side of the build. Through a gameplay perspective, Father Time of the Moon mostly plays as a typical lightning and ice wizard. What makes this variation different is the values Father Time of the Moon has. Feel free to commit any crime (such as pickpocketing breaking into houses, ect.) As a harbinger of death, set personal assassination contracts such as the maids in Dragonsreach. Target the elderly because the concept is that you are ending the hour glass of a person's time on earth. The dark brotherhood is recommended because you can take more planned contracts. Just make sure you take a different outlook on it. You are ending a person because there time is up, not because you have a boss telling you to do such. Majority of this variation's gameplay is in the special abilities.

    Special abilities:

Storm Trapped- Encase your victim with the storms of the sky!

     Slow time+Wall of storms+Paralyze

(Freeze your victim in time and then surround them with a storm wall. Useful for bigger bosses.)

Death ice of Souls- Commend the innocent to a touch of time's undoing

    Soul tear+Blizzard

(A strong combination that will tear through most enemies. Use in crowds)

Frozen Fear Shock- Send ice through the spine of your victim as they attempt to flee the agonizing pain of electricity.

    Frostbite+Lightning bolt+Dismaying shout

(Use frostbite and shoot lightning as your victim flees. Only useful for 1 on 1 confrontations)

Recommended quest: Dark brotherhood, Thieves guild, Evil daedra quest

    Conclusion:

So I hope that was enough content for you as that concludes my Father of Time character build. Please let me know what you think and feel free to add any suggestions. Tell me how your playthroughs went! I think the multi personality will add an interesting element to the game. Have a great "time!" :)

    badum tss

Very nice build you've got there, but maybe you could add paralyze spells in it, since they kind of stop the time for a person. (It is something I wanted to implement in my own build)

    Take my like, take it

Thanks from the like! Paralyze spells is a great idea! I could see that being used with the Father Time of the Moon. Something like the serpent stone would work real well. I kinda have a lot of perks for a person to get so I don't think I will add another skill tree. Thanks again from the like! I hope you a get a worthwhile playthrough! EDIT: You know what? I will use that suggestion, thanks :)

I meant to comment on this yesterday when I read it but things slipped away from me.  I really like the duality you've put into this character and the RP challenge of switching between peronas every day is a nice touch.  There are some small things that I would change but since I never saw the Alice in Wonderland movies I assume that this is based on a character from the movie which may explain somethings.  I would like to see a little more on the gameplay of this character right now I'm a little in the dark on how one would actually play this guy.  I would suggest adding sections that detail how Father Time of the Sun handles different situation and how Father Time of the Moon handle different situations.  Anyway nice job.

Oh, your not allowed to like your own work, so please unlike this.  Thanks.

I will see what I can add to the gameplay section :) I got high school and I have some family coming up today so, I probably won't get to it until tomorrow evening. Thanks from the like!

It's cool getting to play a build that lets you be a good guy AND a bad guy... you've just doubled the fun ;D

I do agree with what has already been said, explaining how you personally dealt with all the threats Skyrim threw at you will go a long way to helping your reader understand how to play this build. It's a great concept that I think deserves that extra attention to detail :D

Thanks ShinJin! I am working on a rough draft for expanding the gameplay. I was also considering adding a special moves section (I personally love when builds add these). Probably nothing new will be added until tomorrow afternoon where I have some more free time :)
