    I'm usually pretty wary of anime inspired builds, but you did a surprisingly good job with this one.

    +1 from me and my childhood  Awesome job and well presented. The good thing is Goku is so overpowered and the technology in that universe is so developed it is actually believable that Goku would appear in Tamriel XD Though, only thing that bothers me is this part :'Not only is Goku Asian, which fits the race of Redguard relatively well' Come on, Redguard culture is similar to north African/Sahara culture not Asian.

    Or Persian, but yeah, the Akaviri are the most Asian/Japanese culture. And Goku technically ain't Asian, true, DBZ was created by a Japanese guy, but he wasn't raised in Asia.

    Simple; add on Bones of the Earth with Secret of Protection for damn-near invincibility (Bones gives an 80% physical damage reduction while Secret of protectection adds 50%. I'd stagger them so that you get the most bang for your buck.)
